Kohler Co. is seeking approval of a labor condition application for the period of August 25, 2025 to August 24, 2028 to permit employment of one H-1B worker in the classification of Sr. Software Quality Engineer (Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers). The salary range for this job is $171,985.00 to $188,500.00 per year. The H-1B worker will be employed at the location(s) listed below. The labor condition application relating to this employee is available for public inspection at our administrative headquarters for immigration matters, located at 444 Highland Drive, MS008, Kohler, WI 53044.
