May include additional incentives. Job Description The Senior Software Engineer will have expertise in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of modern engineering practices. The role involves proficient use of the ServiceNow platform, including custom application development, scripting, and integration, within an AWS-first ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions across ServiceNow products. Build and manage custom applications and scripted REST APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business challenges. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Participate in Agile ceremonies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship. Monitor and support deployed solutions. Stay current with platform capabilities and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a ServiceNow Developer with broad platform knowledge. Proficiency in application development, APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Knowledge of ServiceNow's CSDM and ITSM best practices. Experience managing code releases and deployments. Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles. Awareness of AWS practices and collaboration with cloud teams. Scripting skills in Python are a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent qualifications.
