Senior Plant Commissioning Engineer Location: Massachusetts Contract: 6 - 12 Months
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and plant engineering sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Commissioning Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation, looking to contribute to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities: Create non-critical commissioning protocols for equipment and utilities associated with various project executions, ensuring standards and specifications are met. Oversee and verify vendor start-ups to confirm proper installation and functionality of equipment. Lead the execution of non-critical commissioning protocols, ensuring all processes are aligned with project goals and operational standards. Review and validate Equipment Turnover Package (ETOP) documentation for all equipment and utilities within the project's scope. Manage and update the punch list log using the Procore system, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved promptly. Provide clear, detailed weekly commissioning status reports to project leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and necessary corrective actions. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation. Expertise in developing and executing commissioning protocols. Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proficiency in using project management tools, including Procore. Biotech Rec do not offer Visa sponsorship
