We’re looking to hire a Sr Fullstack Software Engineer for a well-known entertainment company. This is an 18-month contract role and is remote, based out of Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will join the Ad Platform Engineering team, responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining a high-performance, distributed, microservice-based Digital Advertising Platform. This platform powers the qualification, delivery, and tracking of digital advertising campaigns—including Video on Demand, Live TV, and innovative interactive ads. Sr Fullstack Software Engineer Responsibilities: Design, implement, and test solutions for complex engineering problems in a high-throughput, low-latency microservices environment.

Enhance system observability by defining and implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

Translate product user stories into actionable technical tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.

Take ownership of one or more domain areas within the team.

Sr Fullstack Software Engineer Qualifications: 5+ years of software engineering experience.

Proficiency with Java and ORM frameworks.

Experience with ReactJS (or similar modern frontend frameworks) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Strong background with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
