Key Responsibilities Own and deliver high-quality production code across both backend and frontend Architect and iterate on complex product features that drive measurable impact Collaborate directly with the CEO, engineers, and product/design team members in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Make fast, data-informed technical decisions that align with product and user goals Introduce and champion best practices, tools, and ideas to elevate the product and engineering culture

Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of fullstack development experience, ideally in startup environments Strong proficiency in Python for backend and React with TypeScript for frontend Track record of shipping software in production environments across the full tech stack Minimum 3 years of tenure at a Series A or Series B startup Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership without micromanagement Team-first mindset with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement Located in or willing to relocate to the NYC metro area with availability to work onsite 23 days per week

Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, and Elastic Beanstalk Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development practices Background in software architecture, scalability, and system design Experience in a senior IC or technical leadership capacity
