BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. MSEE is a plus.
7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
Strong understanding of both digital and analog design including test methods.
Experience with writing test scripts using Python.
Experience with testing batteries and battery management systems.
Experience with testing microcontrollers and programmable logic devices.
Experience using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, DMM’s, programmable power supplies, etc.
Experience in board bring-up, system bring-up and validation.
Experience with testing batteries and battery management systems

Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiar with CAD tools like Altium, OrCAD, and Allegro.
Knowledge of high and low speed busses such as I2C, SPI, I3C, PCIe, USB, DSI, CSI.
Experience with design or testing of SoC, cameras, and sensors.
Experience with embedded systems.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience with design of experiments (DOE).
Experience with Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA).
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position works in a lab environment on new innovative products for the consumer electronics space.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
Someone who loves to be hands-on with an analytical and inquisitive mind would work well in this position.
This role will require regular time on-site and is not open to fully remote work.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates . Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $175,000.00. Andrews Cooper is an equal-opportunity employer.
