About the Role: As the Sr. DevOps Engineer youll have an opportunity to directly impact Recasts future of cloud technology. Recast is building a highly available cloud platform, and we need you to help us define and scale those innovations. Recast leverages Azure Cloud and Azure Devops to provide high level code delivery and product delivery to both internal and external clients. This role will have a focus on the NA region of our infrastructure and product sets. Supporting the hybrid development environments as well as maintaining our cloud footprint is essential. As we continue to innovate our product set, this role will have a direct impact on our developer platform experience and how interact within our ecosystem. What You'll Do: Maintain up-time requirements and SLAs for our cloud infrastructure. Plan and build reusable Infrastructure as Code to maintain standardization and scalability efforts. Work within a global DevOps team to develop best practices in our cloud ecosystem. Drive Change throughout our DevOps process and infrastructure management. Work with developers to create/refine our CI/CD pipelines. What You've Done: 3+ years of DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform experience in a cloud environment (Azure preferred). 2+ years of CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g. ADO, Jenkins, or similar technology). 2+ years of experience with cloud monitoring solutions and automation. 3+ years of previous experience in software or systems engineering. What Stands Out: Preferred understanding of coding languages and/or scripting (e.g.Powershell, Python, C++, etc). IaC experience is a plus, Azure Bicep a double plus. Experience in containerization technology such as Kubernetes. 2 years of SQL Database (hosted or cloud) management. Experience with Cloud Networking (load balancing, WAF, FW, etc). Benefits & Perks: The salary range for this position is $125,000-$160,000 USD for US based candidates and $117-$145 CAD for Canadian candidates. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 10% annual discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
