Sr Avaya Support Engineer

: We are seeking a skilled Avaya Voice Engineer to support and optimize our enterprise voice infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with Avaya communication systems and a strong understanding of VoIP architecture. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple Avaya platforms and tools and be capable of configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex voice environments. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support Avaya voice solutions in enterprise environments. Administer and troubleshoot Avaya Session Border Controller (SBC) for secure SIP connectivity. Manage Avaya Aura Device Services (AADS) for endpoint provisioning and client enablement. Configure and support Enterprise Feature Gateway (EFGW) for advanced call features. Maintain and generate reports using Avaya Call Management System (CMS). Support and optimize Avaya Experience Portal for IVR and self-service applications. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot various endpoints including Avaya B, B, Vantage/Viper phones, and the Workplace client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of voice services. Provide documentation and technical guidance for operational and support teams. Requirements: + years of experience with Avaya voice solutions in large-scale environments. In-depth knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and unified communications. Hands-on experience with the listed Avaya technologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Avaya certifications (ACSS, ACIS) preferred.
