This position involves leading and executing compliance and permitting functions related to Air Quality Regulations and Compliance. The candidate will review processes and equipment, analyze permit-related issues, and communicate findings within the organization, with clients, government agencies, and the public. Qualifications and Experience: 10-20+ years in Air Quality and/or Environmental industry, preferably in consulting. Experience in environmental services focusing on leading Air Quality projects, including permitting, emissions reporting, modeling, and compliance in CA. Ability to manage project teams, foster client and regulator relationships, and handle technical data interpretation. On-site experience at client facilities. Strong communication skills and a desire to expand knowledge in Air Quality. Job Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in relevant engineering fields with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Teamwork, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sharepoint experience and P.E. certification are a plus.
