Job Details: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing receivables and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability and driving revenue growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with a wide range of clients, providing you with a diverse and exciting work environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reporting. 2. Perform detailed analysis of deductions, credit management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. 3. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. 4. Participate in the month-end close process by ensuring all revenue and receivables are accurately recorded. 5. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in the accounts receivable ledger. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and policies. 7. Provide financial advice and guidance to our clients based on analysis of their accounts receivable. 8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on deductions, credit management, and reporting. 3. Proven experience in month-end close processes. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
