Primary Skill : Splunk Modules: Splunk 5.x/6.x/7.x/8.x/9.x, Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Splunk ITSI, Splunk ES, DB Connect, Enterprise Security, Palo Alto, Cisco Network Apps Cloud Platforms: Splunk Cloud, AWS, Azure, Terraform, Google Cloud Platform Operating Systems: Unix, Red Hat Linux, Windows Web/Application Servers: Tomcat, Apache, DB2, WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Nginx Development & Scripting: Python, Shell Scripting, Java, JavaScript, Perl, YAML, CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Git Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB Security & Monitoring: CRIBL, Dynatrace, Microsoft Sentinel, Google Chronicle Secondary: Experience: Minimum 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Required minimum qualifications: 5+ years expert-level Splunk Architect experience Well-versed with search head and indexer clustering topology Hands-on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience Some expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python and/or Windows scripts Thorough knowledge of regular expressions Strong debugging and analytical skills Good communication skills and tenaciousness to drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions
Desired Skills Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, BladeLogic and/or AutoSys Experience working in a secure, multi-data center environment Experience with other monitoring tools BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect
