Systems engineering organization provides end-to-end solutions, encompassing the entire lifecycle of complex systems. From initial concept and requirements analysis through design, development, integration, testing, and deployment, such an organization ensures seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-performance systems. By combining technical expertise, project management skills, and a holistic approach to system design, a systems engineering organization optimizes efficiency and ensures that solutions meet both functional and operational requirements.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled systems engineer to work on the sPHEV propulson system starting on P768 program. You will work with other systems engineers, functional SME’s and Technical Specialists by leveraging advanced technologies to improve quality and efficiency. You will work with the team for full system engineering, Systems MBFMA and systems delivery.
You'll have... Bachelor's degree in engineering. 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field. Knowledge of mechanisms, material properties and manufacturability of DC motors. Great emotional resilience to negotiate cross functional trade-offs. Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, practices, and tools. Experience with advanced technologies, such as LLM and Smart FMA AI. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong systems thinking and analytical skills.
Even better, you may have... Master's degree in engineering. Experience in system architecture development and process, requirements derivation following a structured engineering processes based on the use of trade studies to drive architecture, requirements, and design. Experience in Architecture Modelling. Experience Modelling Automotive Systems or Integration of Multiple Systems into a vehicle.
