About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school team. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to support students with communication needs and help them succeed both academically and socially.

What You’ll Do Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under SLP supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Assist with documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams Help create a positive, engaging learning environment for students
What You Need Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active SLPA license/certification in CA Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
