Solution Engineering Role

This role sits within an organizations newly formed Solution Engineering Group, a team focused on designing innovative, branded technology solutions and owning their end-to-end delivery into production. Collaborate with PMs, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives with agility and precision. Partner with PMs and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time and align with branding standards. Lead solution design and execution for initiatives such as the Pharmacy Navigator and other emerging programs. Own delivery outcomesensure solutions make it to production and perform at scale. Build POCs in Java/Python to validate solution feasibility and innovation. Guide technology adoption, DevOps tool selection, and framework implementation. Explore AI use cases and automation opportunities; show value through hands-on working code. Respond to evolving business and tech requirements by building scalable, maintainable solutions. Drive technical discussions and present solutions to business and engineering stakeholders. Establish frameworks and tool standards: whats best for the job, whats not worth the overhead. Collaborate across value streams and technical domains (cloud, apps, data, enterprise ops).
