Solution Engineering Role
This role sits within an organization's newly formed Solution Engineering Group, a team focused on designing innovative, branded technology solutions and owning their end-to-end delivery into production. You'll collaborate with PMs, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives with agility and precision.
Partner with PMs and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time and align with branding standards.
Lead solution design and execution for initiatives such as the Pharmacy Navigator and other emerging programs.
Own delivery outcomesensure solutions make it to production and perform at scale.
Build POCs in Java/Python to validate solution feasibility and innovation.
Guide technology adoption, DevOps tool selection, and framework implementation.
Explore AI use cases and automation opportunities; show value through hands-on working code.
Respond to evolving business and tech requirements by building scalable, maintainable solutions.
Drive technical discussions and present solutions to business and engineering stakeholders.
Establish frameworks and tool standards: what's best for the job, what's not worth the overhead.
Collaborate across value streams and technical domains (cloud, apps, data, enterprise ops).

Skills and Requirements:
- 10+ years of application/system development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Postgres SQL.
- Deep knowledge of: microservices, APIs, caching, security, event-driven architecture, GCP.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub workflows.
- Ability to lead POCs and translate results into delivery strategies.
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to support a solution from design through production implementation.
- Healthcare domain knowledge.
