Position Overview:
Lead automated software testing efforts for the Clearance Action Tracking System (CATS), enhancing traditional manual testing by integrating automated pipelines, testing tools, and simulated transaction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts and tools.
• Integrate testing solutions with static and dynamic code analysis scanning tools.
• Manage solutions for simulating data and transactions within CATS for testing purposes.
• Ensure automated testing is incorporated into Azure DevOps build pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA Specialists and developers to improve overall testing efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in automated testing and software quality within a software engineering team.
• Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps integration.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional Agile teams.

Certification Requirement:

• None required; testing automation, DevOps, or software quality certifications preferred.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000
