As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer 2, you will play a vital role in thoroughly evaluating our software products to ensure they meet business standards and functional requirements. This position involves diverse work assignments that often require independent decision-making and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities: Isolate, reproduce, and track defects while verifying fixes. Develop test data and procedures to ensure software products fulfill organizational standards and meet end-user requirements. Utilize your understanding of the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Make informed decisions regarding your work methods, even in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction and guidance available when needed. Adhere to established guidelines and procedures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Less than 5 years of technical experience. Experience in isolating, reproducing, and tracking defects, as well as verifying fixes. Experience in developing test data and procedures to ensure software products meet organizational standards. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree. Why Humana? Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: The starting pay range for this full-time role is $73,400 - $100,100 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
