Job Title: Software Engineer (TS/SCI + CI Poly Required) Location: Multiple U.S. Locations | 100% Onsite Openings: 10 Positions Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $200,000 $300,000 base + Full Benefits + Relocation About the Opportunity Northwest Talent Solutions is hiring Software Engineers on behalf of a premier federal contractor supporting one of the most nationally significant and fast-paced mission environments in the country. This program delivers next-generation enterprise security, advanced analytics, and cloud-based capabilities. Youll join a high-performing Agile team supporting real-time operational systems critical to U.S. national security. What You'll Do Develop, test, and deploy scalable software in a DevOps and Agile/SAFe environment Use modern engineering tools to write reliable, efficient, and modular code (Java, Python, C/C++) Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and behavior-driven development (BDD) Collaborate with engineers, testers, and product owners to meet mission-critical timelines Build test automation, reusable components, and shared libraries across teams Ensure code security and performance standards are met from day one Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (no exceptions) Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute) Strong Java development experience Proficiency with several of the following: Python, C/C++, SQL, PowerShell, PERL, SOAP/WSDL Eclipse, Jenkins, Postgres, Oracle UI technologies (HTML, XML, XSLT)
Experience developing on Windows and/or Linux platforms Proven track record working in Agile teams with secure coding principles Preferred Qualifications Experience with: JEE, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss Behavior/Test Driven Development (BDD/TDD), Selenium, Cucumber Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Secure software development (Layer 7, policy-based enforcement)
SAFe certification or experience in a SAFe team environment High-level requirements analysis and continuous integration workflows Why Join This Mission?
