The CDD (customer due diligence), Risk and Compliance Technology team focuses on leveraging advanced tools and technologies to build cutting edge solutions to perform customer due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks and prevent Fraud & financial crimes like money Laundering What you'll own as the Software Engineer Specialist - CDD/Risk Systems The Software Engineer Specialist - CDD/Risk systems will lead the design and architecture of best in class solutions for Merchant Risk management, CDD and Fraud detection on the Outsystems and FICO Decision Management Platforms. This critical role will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support solutions built on Low code/No code platforms including Outsystems and FICO Decision Management platforms
Maintain, test and integrate application components. Make recommendations regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code
Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs.
Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation & suggest technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems.
Participate in component and data architecture design & performance monitoring
Monitor and optimize the performance, addressing any issues related to scalability, latency, and efficiency.
Work in a SAFe Agile environment collaborating closely with a Global Engineering team spread across US, UK, and India
Work closely with Business users, Product Managers, cross-functional technology teams and third-party Vendor resources to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery
What you'll bring A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Knowledge of Financial Services industry preferably Payments
Well versed with Java, J2EE Development. Experience writing DML, DDL scripts in Oracle. Good Understanding of JBoss, CSS, XML and JSON. Exposure to .Net technology will be a plus
Experience implementing and consuming Soap and RESTful webservices
Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
Experience working with SaaS platforms and integrating these platforms with internal and external service providers
Strong Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
Experience with application development on Low code/No code platforms such as Outsystems and FICO Decision Management platforms
Good understanding of Security and Encryption standards.
Experience with working in an Agile environment preferably SAFe Agile
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
