We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Test (SET / SDET) to join our agile development team. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the product lifecycle, driving high-quality software releases through automated testing of APIs and backend services. You'll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient testing process within CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with product owners and developers during requirements refinement to ensure testability.

• Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks and strategies.

• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

• Apply shift-left testing principles to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.

• Build and maintain test harnesses and reusable components to support rapid development and testing.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by mapping test cases directly to business and technical requirements.

• Monitor and analyze test metrics to identify trends and improve test efficiency over time.

• Document test plans, test case execution, and defect tracking with clear and detailed reporting.

• Continuously improve QA practices and stay current with industry tools and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in test automation.

• Strong experience in API testing.

• Proficient with tools such as:

  • Cypress (preferred)

  • Postman

  • Karate Framework

  • QTest

• Solid understanding of contract testing and test harness development.

• Strong SQL skills for backend validation and data verification.

• Proven problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail and pattern recognition.

• Experience in healthcare or health tech environments.

• Background in performance testing or data-driven testing approaches.
