Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with product management and business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform system administration tasks, including scheduling and completion of platform maintenance, user management, and other duties as assigned. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Following prescribed SDLC process to align with compliance commitments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications as needed Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure the platform is optimized and up to date. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and other team members. Maintenance and ensure accuracy of the CMDB, ensuring reliable data for IT service management processes. Analyze CMDB data to identify trends and areas for improvement, designing automated processes for data management. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM modules Strong understanding of the ITIL framework, especially Configuration Management and Change Management. Excellent ServiceNow CMDB troubleshooting, and data analysis skills Experience with data modeling, CI lifecycle management, and CMDB integrations Proven experience in designing and implementing custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including data model, security, and scripting. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Experience developing and designing RESTful services and APIs. Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience developing in a CI/CD environment Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms. Experience with one or more front-end development frameworks, such as Angular, React, Vue, etc. Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure) Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
