Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in React, CSS, and RESTful services to join our dynamic design system team and lead the development of cutting-edge web and mobile applications. This role involves hands-on coding, driving project architecture, and collaboration across product management and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates will have a BS/MS in computer science, over 6 years of software development experience, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and specification development to design, coding, and delivery. Partner with product management and design to create accessible, performant design system components and patterns. Contribute to project architecture and creatively solve design system challenges. Resolve defects and enhance application performance. Prototype creative solutions to complex technical issues. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in React and modern CSS for web application development. Strong experience with RESTful web services. Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical issues.
