A quote goes "creativity is the soul of advertising", because a good ad creative is effective, yet difficult to produce, especially at the scale of TikTok advertising. TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team tackles the challenge of creating engaging and effective ad creatives at scale. Our mission is to build cutting-edge tech solutions for ad understanding, production, and optimization, empowering advertisers, creators, and partners to deliver the best creative experiences. The team is building platforms to provide in-depth and unique AI-driven data insights to provide creative guidance to advertisers, which is the key for their ads planning and iteration. We are looking for an engineer leader with strong data application background to join our fast growing team. The engineer leader will lead the team to focus on creative insights direction, grow business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software/infrastructure, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. 1. Responsible for the construction of TikTok AIGC advertising creative business, and solve the problem of advertising creative supply through AIGC's capabilities;
2. Responsible for cooperating with upstream and downstream teams of advertising, through close cooperation, to build AIGC's creative capabilities into excellent products, and provide targeted advertising creative solutions for various industries;
3. Responsible for the exploration and construction of cutting-edge creative tool products related to AIGC, including but not limited to video, audio, image, text, etc., with strong product awareness and the ability to quickly capture relevant opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred; have a solid foundation in data structure and algorithm, excellent coding skills, familiar with Linux and development environment, proficiency in Golang/Python is preferred;
2. Familiar with common creative audio and video rendering protocols or services, and have a clear understanding of the entire creative production process, such as CapCut/Adobe;
3. Have experience in building a creative middle platform, understand how to attribute advertising videos for creativity, and have certain experience;
4. Good at communication, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork ability; have strong problem abstraction ability, have the ability to analyze and debug production systems, and strong system tuning ability. Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with the advertising system and have a certain understanding of the upstream and downstream of advertising;
- Familiar with AIGC's internal and external tools and understand AIGC products.
