This role is ideal for someone passionate about building performant browser experiences at scale , who also understands the critical role of tracking, attribution, and event instrumentation in modern ad systems. Your code will run across billions of publisher pages, power business decisions, and directly influence revenue. Responsibilities Ad Manager : Build and maintain the external-facing portal that powers ad campaign setup, reporting, and optimization Pixel Tracking System : Design and implement a reliable, privacy-compliant frontend tracking system that logs page views, clicks, and conversions across the web Web Ads SDK : Develop and maintain a lightweight JavaScript SDK that handles auction logic, rendering, and performance monitoring on publisher sites Data Collection Infrastructure : Ensure high-quality client-side instrumentation to support attribution, analytics, and retargeting Privacy & Compliance : Respect GDPR/CCPA and user consent through proper tracking logic and conditional firing Cross-team Collaboration : Work closely with backend, data, and product teams to ensure end-to-end tracking integrity and accuracy Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a frontend engineer or in a similar role. 3+ years of experience programming with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or similar programming languages. 3+ years of experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with responsive and mobile design. Basic understanding of backend development.
