What you'll bring
● An immense passion for learning and growth. You are curious, ask great questions, and are driven to continuously improve your craft as an engineer.● 1-2 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent experience through high-impact internships.● Solid foundational programming skills in a language like Java, Go, PHP, Python, or C#.● Exposure to web development concepts, with some experience or familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React.● A budding sense of customer empathy. You are motivated by the desire to build products that people love and are eager to understand the "why" behind your work.● A collaborative spirit. How you will lead
● Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the full stack, from backend services in Go and PHP to user interfaces in React.● Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build and ship features that solve real customer problems.● Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.● Learn voraciously and apply new skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and grow your expertise in a supportive environment.● Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help raise the quality bar for the entire team.● Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues, developing your skills in diagnostics and problem-solving in a large-scale system.
