Java or Kotlin server side development experience is the most important skill. Experience working with REST APIS , Message Bus (Kafka or Pubsub) and SQL/NOSQL Database is the 2nd most important skill.
Bonus Skills: Spring boot or another Java web framework experience , Unit / Integration testing, performance monitoring experience.
