The Selling Partner Simplification team focuses on enhancing the Selling Partner experience across desktop and mobile interfaces. We do this through consolidating experiences, ensuring consistency, and developing new functionalities that empower Selling Partners to successfully sell on Amazon. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate on software architecture and design decisions. Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities. Debug and resolve software defects. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Engage in the full software development lifecycle. Support operational maintenance and troubleshooting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. A Day in the Life: Attend daily stand-up meetings to align on team priorities. Write and review code for ongoing projects. Collaborate with teammates on technical solutions. Participate in design discussions and architecture reviews. Test and debug code to ensure optimal quality. Contribute to code reviews and implement feedback. Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements. Monitor and maintain existing systems. Document technical specifications and processes. Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Investigate and resolve production issues as they arise. Stay updated on new technologies and best practices. Qualifications: 2+ years of professional software development experience. 1+ years of design or architecture experience with existing systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration. Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and operations.
