Since launching our full-scale live streaming experience in September 2018, including NFL's Thursday Night Football and a multi-game experience for English Premier League, we have only just begun. We are expanding our team and seeking engineers who can create innovative solutions that allow customers to access personalized live content seamlessly. Your role will involve: Building a personalized discovery experience for thousands of live streaming events globally using advanced technologies, including machine learning. Developing large-scale, high-performance, and user-friendly products. Designing and implementing distributed systems to manage large datasets and complex challenges at Amazon scale. Our tech stack includes AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and Cloudfront, which support billions of requests from millions of Prime Video users. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years designing or architecting systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
