Join our dynamic team in Devices Pricing and Promotions (DPP) as a passionate Software Development Engineer II! We are seeking a skilled engineer to spearhead the development of sales automation and enablement initiatives for our global Devices sales teams. This role is key to enhancing automation and scaling within our Devices Sales and Marketing operations. As a Software Development Engineer, you will leverage both your deep technical expertise and innovative mindset to design and build effective solutions from the ground up. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will significantly influence the customer experience and the company’s performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Develop exceptional customer experiences with a strong focus on latency, security, and usability. Engage with Product Managers and Designers to transform their concepts into practical technical solutions. Guide fellow engineers on development best practices and set an example through the solutions you create. Own the comprehensive design of major deliverables, collaborating closely with Software Engineers and Data Engineers. About Our Team: The Devices Pricing and Promotions team is dedicated to driving growth for Devices through data-driven pricing optimization and scalable execution strategies. We simplify pricing decisions via automated pricing schedules, self-driving promotions, and an integrated user interface to analyze outcomes and refine future strategies. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in design or architecture, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, and operations. The base salary for this role ranges from $129,300 to $223,600, depending on your location and experience.
