Key Responsibilities: Work within a two-pizza team in an organization of over 40 engineers. Establish and guide the technical direction while fostering a positive team culture. Mentor junior engineers and help them grow professionally. Deliver exciting features and improvements for both internal and external customers. Engage in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from defining to testing new features. Participate in on-call responsibilities, helping to maintain system reliability through preventive measures. Contribute to code reviews, enhancing code quality and sharing knowledge within the team.
