Software Dev Engineer II

TEKsystems is partnering with a client looking for a Software Development Engineer to join a team focused on improving the customer returns experience and building scalable systems that support large-scale operations. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and SQL. You should be comfortable working across the full stack and have hands-on experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, improving existing systems, and automating support processes.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay professional under pressure are essential.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required. This is an expert-level position for someone ready to take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
