Job Responsibilities

Reproduce and remediate reported user issues by developing, testing, and deploying bug fixes across a mixture of front-end and back-end service code. Implement and deploy security hardening for the .NET & Azure services to provided specifications. Provide technical support to users and coordinate with customer service PM. Develop, test, and deploy feature enhancements in partnership with PM & UX.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required. 2-4 years of experience required. A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. 2 years experience in cloud service development, and support experience, ideally in .NET, Azure, and front-end React development. Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting with both new and legacy production systems.

Preferred Experience with AI coding practices and tools like GitHub Copilot Experience building LLM based applications"
