A large banking client is looking for an experienced Snowflake Engineer to join their team to help with migrating data sources into Snowflake. The work is currently being done in Alteryx and this role will work with data from multiple sources and align field definitions. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of professional data engineering and data modeling experience

3+ most recent years of experience in a Snowflake-focused role

Experience migrating data sources into Snowflake

A solid grasp of data modeling fundamentals, including star schema, normalization, and dimensional modeling

The ability to build logical and physical data models based on business inputs

Experience with Oracle

Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write, understand, and troubleshoot complex queries

Comfort working with data from multiple sources and aligning field definitions

Experience with Alteryx, Informatica or similar ETL tool, especially for data preparation and workflow automation

Understanding of basic Snowflake infrastructure
