ATCS is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Site/Civil (Land Development) Engineer to join our team! Based in our Raleigh office location, you’ll have the chance to be a key player in the growth of our Site/Civil group in the NC market.

This individual will design diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development. The diversity of responsibilities requires a flexible mindset and cooperative team-oriented attitude with progressively increasing design and management capabilities.
You'll spend your time:
Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
Collaborating with senior engineers and managers to develop innovative design solutions and address project challenges
Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development
Mentoring and educating early-career Site/Civil staff
About you:
You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
You hold professional registration (P.E.) in NC; Licensure in other states within the ATCS footprint is highly desired (VA, MD, PA or SC)
You have 5-10 years of land development design experience with NC clients/projects
You are a self-starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
You are well-versed in civil engineering design including: stormwater, utilities, paving, roadway design, grading
You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
You are familiar with state and municipal design and development processes
You interact effectively with municipal approval authorities

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $79,500 to $123,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits coverage on the first day of the month following their start date.
