We're seeking a Senior Engineer to work in our Water Resources Department. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Job Details
Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
Knowledge and expertise in planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater projects, pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities
Ability to communicate with agencies and clients effectively
Must adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures as they relate to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development
Ability to research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures
Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and project management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example)
Track record of successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
Registered engineer in the state of California
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Five years of Water Resources design experience
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment
Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc. required for land development projects
Technically proficient in all aspects of water resources design
