Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex system infrastructures to support our business operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance our service delivery. Responsibilities Design and implement system architectures that meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance. Manage and support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of system infrastructures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and applications effectively. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Lead system upgrades and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical role. Strong understanding of system architecture, networks, and database management. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python). In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus. Benefits
