Position Title: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Senior Systems Engineer leads end-to-end systems engineering and integration efforts for advanced technology platforms supporting national security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and validation of system architecture and interface specifications.
• Manage systems integration activities across functional domains and vendor platforms.
• Drive system design decisions through trade studies and performance assessments.
• Develop engineering documentation and RMF artifacts to support ATO.
• Facilitate technical reviews and ensure traceability to mission requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise program leadership on technical risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with DoD systems.
• Expertise in lifecycle systems engineering and architecture frameworks (e.g., DoDAF).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and configuration control.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
