What You’ll Do
Summary/Objective:
Architect and implement Automation and Orchestration supporting Infrastructure catalog On-prem and in the Cloud. Work with the IT organization and Vendors to develop requirements for projects related to automation. Implement pipelines that support Provisioning and Servicing of Systems appropriate to operational requirements Automate maintenance of lower environments Assist with stitching monitoring and alerting tools together to form an application centric Centralized monitor of the Ecosystem that will expedite root cause analysis and allow forecasting Build reporting mechanisms that provide transparency to State of Solutions for IT and business stakeholders Create Self-Service automation to empower users Document and develop automation as an inherit focus of the Systems catalog Automate operations tasks driven by alerting or scheduled functions Essential Functions:

Track defects through the entire defect lifecycle and works with business owners to triage bugs and manage the bug backlog. Performs a variety of testing including functional testing, regressing testing, load testing and user acceptance testing both manually and automated tools. Report the status of testing results and quality assurance plans. Adherence to policies, procedures and documentation standards. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s). What You’ll Need 4-year degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Information/Business Systems. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Financial Industry, preferably in the banking space. Minimum of 2 years quality assurance in a technical setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
