What You'll Be Doing
Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth.
Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
️ Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
What You Bring
✅ PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus) ✅ 8+ years of structural engineering experience ✅ Experience managing design + construction phases ✅ Technical expertise in structural systems and materials ✅ Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills ✅ Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI
