The Role: Your engineering expertise in steel and concrete structures, geotechnical engineering, and foundations will be essential. You'll review designs for substation structures, rigid bus designs, foundation layouts, and more. Perform design reviews to support the development of construction packages for substation projects. Mentor junior staff while actively contributing to proposals and bids. Assist in overseeing project quality and compliance with scope, schedule, and budget. Participate in site visits and occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. Your engagement with clients will include presenting at meetings and conducting training sessions. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team. What We Value: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil-Structural Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MATHCAD software. Experience with structural analysis tools such as STAAD.Pro, RISA-3D, and others. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation is a plus. Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
