Projects:
The Orlando office deliver on various building structures including but not limited to; Tall Building, Residential. Commercial, Hospitality, Heathcare, Education, Data Centers and special structures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
Professional Engineer license
SE Lisense or FRSE desirable
Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on buildings.
Experience:
Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion
Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and technical specifications
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural systems into architectural designs
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing support in their professional development
Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Engage with clients, presenting design concepts and project updates effectively
Drive innovation in design approaches and materials, focusing on sustainability and efficiency
Proven experience in project management and team leadership
Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and design codes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Salary and Benefits:
$130k - $150k Negotiable based on indiviual experience
10% Minimum bonus based on company performance
