Qualifications Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required. Minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facilities design. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools. Must be a registered professional engineer. Proficient in Autodesk Revit is preferred, but not required. What You Bring Strong communication skills. Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
