Senior Staff IC CAD Engineer We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Staff IC CAD Engineer to join our innovative engineering team and contribute to a rapidly evolving market landscape. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and process ownership in IC design environments. Key Responsibilities-Develop and maintain Process Design Kits (PDKs) tailored to in-house fabrication technologies-Provide comprehensive support across IC design CAD tools, including:-Cadence schematic entry and mixed-signal simulation-Physical layout, verification, logic synthesis, and place & route-Custom SKILL code development and Mentor Calibre DRC/LVS/xRC runset generation-Handle CAD software installation, licensing, user support, and act as the primary vendor interface-Collaborate with IC layout and device engineers, offering guidance for tapeout processes, PCELL development, and power device layout optimization

Required Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science-12+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years with a Master's degree)-Proven expertise in:-PCELL and PDK development-Creation of custom DRC/LVS/xRC runsets using Calibre tools-SKILL scripting and/or similar automation languages-Place & route tools (Encounter), Cadence VSR & EMIR-Solid understanding of semiconductor process flows and IC manufacturing-Experienced in supporting global design centers with CAD infrastructure

The annual base pay range for this position is $151,138- $218,139 .
