We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Integration Engineer who will work with our core engineering group, focusing on delivering seamless hardware and software integrations for our customers. This role bridges engineering, customers, customer vendors and our internal operations teamsensuring we consistently meet customer needs without burdening the core development teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee End-to-End Integrations: Own all customer-specific integrations, spanning smart locks, HR systems, identity/authentication, IT security, and more. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer and internal Project Managers, Customer Vendors, Product Managers, Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution. Influence Roadmap and Prioritization: Help core engineering organization to balance strategic projects, customer needs, and quarterly objectives. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Partner with QA and compliance teams to validate integrations meet internal standards and external regulations (, GDPR, GRC). Support SDK Adoption: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation of Kastles SDKs in customer environments. Report on Success Metrics: Track and communicate team KPIs, project statuses, and integration health to stakeholders.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in integration or systems engineering teams in a SaaS or IoT company. 5+ years as a senior or principal engineer. Strong understanding of enterprise systems engineering focused on integrationboth hardware and software preferably in physical security Technical background with hands-on experience in APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and identity / authentication systems Experience with Agile development and working with offshore teams Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes from the ground up Passion for customer success and continuous improvement Familiarity with smart lock systems (Assa Abloy, Schlage, SALTO,HID, or others), Video Surveillance & Security Systems, Smart elevators, Intercoms and authentication systems Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, or SAP Prior exposure to SIEM tools, firewall/network access control, or building automation systems Background in security, compliance, or audit/reporting solutions
