Join our growing team as a Senior Software Engineer, designing and developing high-impact applications that drive global operations. You'll work with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server to solve complex challenges, ensure code quality, and improve system performance. Responsibilities: This position reports to the VP of Software Development . Design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications Demonstrates understanding of departmental procedures, programming standards, and all pertinent training materials Able to work independently with minimal supervision well as collaborate in a team setting Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project and ensure the highest quality code Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, code quality automation and support continuous integration process Review and debug code Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes Understand performance parameters and assess application performance Work on core database structures and designs Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness Qualifications: This job requires attentions to detail and the ability to multitask, excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science or another relevant field is required. Minimum 7 years of programming experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of .NET CORE, minimal API, EF Core, .NET 8 or above, .NET Framework 3.5 or above with C# (5+ Years) In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET MVC (5+ Years) In-depth knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, procedures in SQL Server 2008 (or later)(5+ Years) Experience with Telerik MVC or Kendo UI preferred. Working knowledge with ASP.NET Web Forms, TFS, Entity Framework, SSRS, SAP Crystal reports, jQuery, AngularJS, SOAP, and REST API Knowledge of unit and integration tests is a plus Knowledge of any warehouse management system, order fulfillment systems, EDI systems desirable
