Job Details We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale intelligent software agents that drive automation across our Ruby and AWS-based platform.

You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and customer-facing teams to build core systems that power real-time document workflows, automation triggers, and integrations that help financial institutions move faster.

Responsibilities Own and drive technical projects from architecture to delivery Build scalable, fault-tolerant Ruby services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) Refactor legacy code for long-term clarity, testability, and scalability Translate customer and product insights into high-leverage workflow automation Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure uptime and reliability Help shape team culture through mentorship, feedback, and ownership

Qualifications 7+ years of production software experience Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, etc.) Deep systems thinking — designing for scale, queues, failure states, and observability Strong communication and documentation skills Experience mentoring engineers and influencing team direction
