You will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining OneStream applications and solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will dissect business requirements, architect technical solutions, and ensure successful execution of impactful OneStream projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Take ownership of the design, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream solutions, involving enhancements, customizations, and integrations. System Implementation: Engage in all stages of OneStream projects, from requirements gathering and analysis to go-live and ongoing support. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and coding standards while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Conduct code reviews to ensure optimal quality and performance. Collaboration: Partner closely with functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to convert business needs into effective technical solutions. Methodology: Collaborate with the team to ensure quality solutions and promote standard implementation methodologies. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, covering design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Support and Maintenance: Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream systems, including effective troubleshooting and resolution of issues. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Planning development. In-depth knowledge of Finance Planning and Consolidation processes. Minimum of 2 years' experience in OneStream application development. Proficient in OneStream programming, C#, VB.net, and VBA. Experience in Finance data warehouse analytics. Familiarity with SAP, GitHub, Azure DataBricks, and Power BI. Expertise in developing globally compatible and reusable technical frameworks.
