This company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Irving, TX. Required Skills And Experience 4-6+ years of full-stack development with C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API Front-end development with Angular and/or React (TypeScript preferred) 2-4+ years of experience with Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, B2C) Deep experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, YAML, release management) Proficient in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and working with JWT tokens Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and/or IAM experience required Hands-on experience with authentication tokens, claims, and authorization flows Familiarity with identity providers (Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, PingIdentity) Nice To Have Familiarity with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Experience with CIAM-specific features, like consent management, progressive profiling, or identity federation Knowledge of security standards like FIDO2, PKCE, or SCIM Event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus or Event Grid Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) Understanding of financial industry compliance (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS) Working knowledge of monitoring/logging tools like Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK Experience with feature flagging and release strategies (e.g., Azure Feature Management, LaunchDarkly) Performance optimization and caching strategies (e.g., Redis, memory cache) Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit and mocking frameworks like Moq Soft skills: mentoring junior developers, cross-team collaboration, and presenting technical concepts clearly What You Will Be Doing Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable CIAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and OAuth/OpenID integrations Develop and maintain features for web, mobile, APIs, and data-driven applications using modern .NET technologies Participate fully in Agile Scrum practices, including sprint planning, peer reviews, and retrospectives Contribute to test automation, quality assurance, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a production-first mindset focused on reliability and scalability Collaborate across disciplines to ensure security, performance, and compliance are integrated from development through deployment Drive improvements in DevOps workflows, cloud implementations, and team delivery speed through experimentation and automation Implement best practices in identity management, secure coding, and role-based access control Continuously invest in learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to help the team meet its goals Support migration to cloud environments (primarily Azure), including infrastructure automation and monitoring Office Location Irving, TX Hybrid (2 days onsite) The Offer W2 6 months Contract-To-Hire $65-70/hr Please note that this position is only available for direct hire or W-2 employment, as we are unable to engage with corp-to-corp candidates at this time.
