Joining EBS offers limitless growth, innovation, and industry leadership opportunities.As a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Customer Care Technology, you will own complex development initiatives to modernize our customer care platform, leading design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native solutions, and mentoring team members to adopt best practices.About the TeamOur customer care team provides advanced agent tools, including a custom CRM and guided workflows, to deliver personalized, seamless customer service and support our agents in delivering top-notch care.What You'll DoLead development of full stack features, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.Develop reusable ReactJS components and high-performance web applications using Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS.Architect and implement backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs, following distributed systems best practices.Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA engineers for successful delivery.Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and testing best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.Support platform modernization and migration efforts seamlessly.What You Will Bring5+ years of experience in full stack software development.Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, ES6, NodeJS, and front-end performance optimization.Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST API, microservices.Experience with distributed systems and messaging frameworks like Kafka.Cloud experience (preferably Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.Proven leadership in technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading large-scale system modernization or application migration projects.Familiarity with CRM platforms or customer support tools.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability tools.About Walmart Global TechWork on impactful projects that make life easier for millions.
