Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience. 5+ years of proficiency in at least one programming language. 5+ years leading design and architecture for both new and existing systems. Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
